Payment
You can pay at Stay-Well.dk with Dankort, Master Card and Visa Card, JCB, Diners, American Express and with Mobile Pay.
We do not charge card fees.
The amount will only be deducted from your card when the item is shipped.
Freight
We ship by GLS or freight forwarder. Delivery rates are calculated on the order and are visible prior to payment.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. This does not apply to companies, businesses and institutions (business purchases).
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to let us know that you will regret your purchase. You can send an email to info@stay-well.dk. You can not cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Return
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are responsible if damage occurs during transport.
The condition of the item when you send it back
If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a different way than what was necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice that you want to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us proof of having returned it.

Right of complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to purchases of goods.
This means that you have a right to make a complaint for 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging.

When you return the item, please enclose a detailed description of the problem.
For companies, businesses and institutions (business purchases), a 12-month warranty applies.
Personal data policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, tel. No. and email address.
We register and pass on the personal information that is necessary to be able to deliver the item to you.
The personal information is registered with Stay-Well.dk ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is anonymised.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.
The data manager at www.stay-well.dk is Gunnar Liland Thomsen.
Members of discount schemes and newsletter recipients are not anonymised until the membership in question ceases / the newsletter reception is unsubscribed.
You have the right to be informed of what information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have a duty to delete your personal data if you request it. It can e.g. be if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were to use it. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law. You can write to us at: info@stay-well.dk
Upon request to delete our registrations, the request within a calendar week will be complied with in the form of an anonymisation of data. Non-anonymized backups of data will exist for a period of up to 90 days after the request is complied with.
